I'm a Security Support Engineer II at F5 Distributed Cloud in Singapore, with over 4 years of hands-on SOC experience specialising in real-time triage and mitigation of DDoS attacks across L3-L7.
I work on end-to-end incident management: detection, triage, active mitigation, and direct customer communication. My day-to-day work includes network traffic analysis with Arbor Netscout, Kentik, and Wireshark, BGP and GRE routing diagnostics, and HTTP-based attack investigation using Kibana.
I previously earned CompTIA CySA+, Security+, Network+, and CSAP; these certifications expired on May 15, 2026. I am currently completing the NUS School of Computing Certificate in Cybersecurity Integrated with AI.
