We Manage

We Manage is a B2B e-commerce platform designed to connect event management companies with vendors offering services such as catering, photography, lighting, music, and venue hire. The platform operates as a Hybrid Intermediary Marketplace, combining vertical and horizontal marketplace models to serve multiple event domains including corporate events, weddings, and sports.

The application was built for Android and supported two distinct user types: vendors, who could list their services and manage orders and inventory, and event organisers, who could browse vendor categories, place orders, and manage payments. The platform also included a product bidding system, review and rating functionality, and invoice generation.

I served as project lead and implementation manager for the team. My responsibilities included overseeing the Android Studio development and implementation, managing the project repository on GitHub, coordinating team workstreams, and ensuring delivery across all project phases.

I also contributed to the overall system architecture and integration of the application components.

Successfully completed and submitted as a final year dissertation project for the Bachelor of Business Administration (Information Technology) degree at Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research. The project achieved a 9% similarity index on plagiarism screening, confirming the originality of the work.

The experience reinforced the value of structured teamwork, clear ownership of responsibilities, and iterative development under academic constraints.
